After an amazing experience in 2023, Addison is already counting down the days until he returns to Fiji in 2024! Have you travelled with Unleashed prior to this trip coming up in 2024?
Yes, I travelled last year in 2023 and it was an incredible experience and I can’t wait to come back in 2024.
Can you describe the most breathtaking scenery you encountered during your time in Fiji?
Fiji’s scenery itself was all insane. We joined the sunset walk - which was a short hike. It had amazing view at the top which was breathtaking seeing all the island and other islands nearby. The Unleashed Floating Party was also breathtaking, the water is crystal clear!
What activities did you participate in and what was your highlight of the trip?
I tried to participate in as many activities as I could whilst there! I participated in - Cultural Day, The Unleashed Floating Party, the sunset walk, Baywatch Pool Party, Mr and Mrs Unleashed competition, snorkelling, paddle boarding, the night parties and lots more. My highlight was Cultural Day & The Unleashed Floating Party.
Tell us about your Cultural Day experience?
Cultural Day was amazing, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in my entire life. It was so special learning about their culture, going to the school and spending time with all the kids. The kids were the biggest highlight seeing how happy they are, their energy is incredible and I cannot wait to hopefully go back and see them again!
Can you share a memorable interaction or moment you shared with some Graddies?
On Cloud Nine a few graddies and I were playing a flipping game off the top rail. It was fun to bond with the graddies over something we both enjoy.
What advice would you give to someone planning a trip with Unleashed to Fiji?
Step outside of your circle! Keep hydrated and wear sunscreen! Definitely sign up for as many activities as possible. Get involved in all the events going on. Meet new friends and get to know the crew - the crew are always there to help you! Be prepared for one of the best weeks of your life!
Can you share a funny or unexpected moment that happened during your time in Fiji?
Something I never expected to happen - was to jump from the stage at the night party and crowd surf! Luckily all the graddies caught me! Another funny experience would have to be, while on the boat back to the island from the floating party - the graddies passed me one of their beers and started chanting a drinking song for me to chug the beer as fast as I could.
Did you go to the floating party? If so, what did you enjoy about it?
Yes! The Unleashed Floating Party was so much fun! Being in the middle of the ocean, flipping off the top, swimming, snorkelling and eating pizza. It can’t get much better than that! 10/10 experience.
