Mana Island is a 12 minute plane ride from the Nadi Airport and is only 300 acres in size. The island is covered in traditional Fijian ‘bures’ (pronounced ’mbooh-ray’) which are basically little hut-type dwellings surrounded by crystal blue water. There is Internet access, an Internet café and a library so guests can keep in touch with the world, while all rooms come equipped with air conditioning, fans, fridges, irons and hairdryers. A gift shop will have your gift situation sorted before you head off for a relaxing massage. If relaxing isn’t your thing, maybe one of these activities will take capture your attention.
Water activities
If you love being in the water, these activities are for you! All diving instructors are PADI accredited specialists standards for guests safety.
- Scuba diving and snorkelling – Take a dive in the shallows and explore the magic of the underwater world.
- Water sports – Including water skiing, wakeboarding and knee boarding
- Shark feeding dive – This is not for the faint hearted! Dives are run twice a week by Aqua Trek.
- Fishing – Hire a rod and head out to one of the many ‘perfect’ fishing spots.
Out and about on the water: For people who like to be on the water, rather than in the water, Mana Island has heaps for guests to choose from.

There are two different restaurants for guests to choose from. If you are worried that you won’t like the local cuisine- never fear! Both restaurants serve popular international food, so even the fussiest eaters will find something they like.
Entertainment
Mana Island features three bars. All serve a selection of beer, wine and spirits but also specialise in tropical cocktails. At night, a live band performs late into the night for the die-hard party goers or you can simply laze around outside in the Pool bar instead.
