Role & Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Recruiting student leaders through a combination of sales leads, networking, school visits, sales calls, and in-field meetings.
Relationship Management: Coach and motivate student leaders to drive excitement through our proven sales process.
Account Management: Drive passenger sign ups by eliminating obstacles and objections for all students and parents.
Territory Management: Grow and solidify the tradition in existing schools.
Quality Assurance: Travel with student groups during peak periods to ensure we over-deliver on every promise.
Who you are:
Results driven & charismatic.
Youthful mentality: Enjoys working with teens, young adults, and parents.
Ability to set and achieve goals and meet deadlines.
2-3 years experience in sales, preferably with outbound sales.
Driver’s license and own vehicle is preferred.
Education: College or University degree preferred
Compensation: On application. This is a full-time position and will be filled immediately.
